Walking and Cuddling for a Cause

We offer some key ways for community members to volunteer with our companion animals. Start your morning off right by Dog Walking or Kitty Cuddling at Desert Haven. Giving a few hours per week to our little residents makes their day brighter and the socialization you provide helps them get better prepared for adoption. Another way to support our animals is to foster a dog or cat. Fostering is an invaluable service that helps our little one get to know what it's like to live in a home and be part of a family. We also invite you to share your time with us by volunteering to complete painting projects or simple repairs, transporting animals to and from vet appointments, or helping out at adoption or outreach/fundraising events.
